    We also have extensive experience in the application of federal and state laws concerning the education of students, including the protection of privacy rights through the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act, the implementation of the No Child Left Behind Act for all students, and the education of students with disabilities under the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act and the Nevada Administrative Code.
