Andrea K. Pressler, a third generation Nevadan, was born in Reno, Nevada. She graduated from the University of Nevada, Reno receiving a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology. She graduated from Whittier Law School cum laude in 2003 where she was Managing Editor of the Whittier Law Review.

Ms. Pressler was admitted to the State Bar of Nevada in 2003 She served as judicial clerk for Justice A. William Maupin of the Nevada Supreme Court in 2003. She is currently a member of the Washoe County, Nevada and American Bar Associations.

She is also a member of the Association of Defense Counsel of Northern California and Nevada (President, 2008), the Defense Research Institute, the Northern Nevada Women Lawyers Association (President, 2007-2008) and the American Inns of Court (Bruce R. Thompson Chapter, 2003- 2007).
