Paul Bertone was born in Daytona Beach, Florida, on April 18, 1963. He graduated from the University of Central Florida (B.A. History , 1985) and the McGeorge School of Law (J.D., 1990).

Mr. Bertone was admitted to the State Bar of Nevada in 1992 and the State Bar of California in 1990. He is admitted to practice before all Courts in the State of Nevada and California, the U.S. District Court, District of Nevada, and the U.S. Court of Appeals, Ninth Circuit.

He is a member of the Washoe County Bar Association, the State Bar of California, the State Bar of Nevada, the Nevada Association of Defense Counsel, the Association of Defense Counsel of Northern California and Nevada, and the Defense Research Institute.

Areas of Practice: Civil Litigation, including Personal Injury and Products Liability, Construction Law, Insurance Law, Labor Law (Civil Rights, Employment Discrimination), Insurance Defense, and Appellate Litigation.
