Roger L. Erickson was born in Battle Lake, Minnesota, on November 4, 1933. He received a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Washington in 1960 and a law degree, also from the University of Washington, in 1962. Mr. Erickson was a law clerk for the Nevada Supreme Court (1962-63).

Mr. Erickson was admitted to the State Bar of Washington in 1962 and the State Bar of Nevada in 1963. He is admitted to practice before all Courts in the State of Nevada and the U.S. District Court for the District of Nevada, the Court of Appeals, Ninth Circuit, and the United States Supreme Court.

Mr. Erickson is a member of the Delta Theta Phi Law Fraternity, the Washoe County and Washington State Bar Associations and the State Bar of Nevada.

Areas of Practice: Mr. Erickson retired from active practice on February 1, 2001, but continues to serve as a consultant to the firm.
