Over the years, Erickson, Thorpe & Swainston has successfully represented policy holders in a wide variety of cases, defending every conceivable insurable interest. In addition to defending policy holders, Erickson, Thorpe & Swainston frequently represents insurance carriers directly, defending first-party claims, providing coverage opinions and providing representation on extra-contractual matters.
