Charity F. Felts, a second generation Nevadan, was raised in Winnemucca, Nevada. She graduated in 1998 from the University of Nevada, Reno, receiving a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management with an emphasis in Human Resources Management. She graduated from St. Mary’s University School of Law cum laude in 2007 where she was a published Staff Writer for The Scholar Law Review.
Ms. Felts was admitted to the State Bar of Nevada in 2007. She is a member of the Washoe County Bar Association, the Association of Defense Counsel of Nevada, the Association of Defense Counsel of Northern California and Nevada, the Defense Research Institute, the Northern Nevada Women Lawyers Association, the Northern Nevada Human Resources Association, and the Society for Human Resource Management.
