Mr. Erickson retired from active practice on February 1, 2001, but remained a valued consultant to the firm until his passing on May 3, 2013.
Roger L. Erickson was born in Battle Lake, Minnesota, on November 4, 1933. He received a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Washington in 1960 and a law degree, also from the University of Washington, in 1962. Mr. Erickson was a law clerk for the Nevada Supreme Court (1962-63).
Mr. Erickson was admitted to the State Bar of Washington in 1962 and the State Bar of Nevada in 1963. Mr. Erickson was a member of the Delta Theta Phi Law Fraternity, the Washoe County and Washington State Bar Associations and the State Bar of Nevada.
